Discover our remarkable apartment Renovation and Home Staging project in Las Colinas, Benahavís, where we embarked on a comprehensive transformation to prepare the property for rental purposes. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment underwent extensive interior and exterior renovations over four months.

The project included demolishing a wall to create an open kitchen with an island, complete bathroom renovations featuring walk-in showers, invisible drains, suspended toilets, and LED mirrors. Additionally, we installed heated floors, full perimeter LED lighting throughout the house, revamped terraces, and upgraded all the house flooring. The renovation also incorporated new metallic and wooden carpentry, electrical shutters, and a new AC installation for ultimate comfort.

In alignment with the renovation, our home staging expertise added the finishing touch, featuring a premium furniture package in Scandinavian style. Our dual approach aimed to maximize the property's appeal for potential renters, offering a truly inviting and stylish living space
